Dear reader,
It’s been far too long since we’ve talked, and I haven’t much time to catch up. I am sincerely sorry about that.
I have packed both of my packs, rather unprofessionally. And within the hour I will be leaving to drive down to Tennessee, and from there to Georgia where I will receive my training to be a World Racer.
I am ready. More than I thought I’d be. The element of fear is almost non-existent. Which is refreshing to not be overthinking every little detail.
After this training, I will be heading on one of my last fundraising road trips. I will be traveling through South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and ending up back in Iowa. I will be reaching out to many of you as I travel to set up support meetings, and if God places the desire on your heart please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone when I call.
When you read this would you be willing to set aside some time for prayer for me and my team? We will be getting attacked by the enemy at every turn, and I ask that you would pray for strength and protection over us all. The battlefield will be intense. But I know that God will be fighting for us as well.
I will be ending this letter a lot sooner than I normally do, due to the fact that I’m leaving very soon. Thank you all for the support and prayers, the body of Christ has really lifted me up more than you can all possibly imagine.
P.S. I have heard that all technology will be turned off at training camp, so I will technically go off grid for that time frame. I’ll write to you all as soon as I can, sharing all that I have learned, too encourage you in your story as well.
But until that day comes, I bid you farewell.
-Mitchell
