Dear reader,
This will be my last letter to you on this blog website.
Not for anything other than the reality of this season is finally closed in my life. I was given this blog to help me fundraise for The World Race and help share about my missionary journey. There has been a recent update on the blogging software and it has turned the platform into more of an ad for the Adventures in Missions organization, which could be very distracting for those who want to just sit down and read.
My missionary journey is far from over, I firmly believe my story is far from over. Yet I have to say I feel led and privileged to begin a new chapter.
I have been writing heavily over the past month or so, building up a library of stories and letters to give to you, yet in God’s perfect timing they are finally coming to fruition.
God’s been placing a deep desire to write and encourage those around me with words and especially scripture, and who am I to deny that desire? I must obey with all that I have.
I expect this to be my last letter here on this site but expect many more to come elsewhere. I have been developing a new site, and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out. It is an elegant mixture of simplicity and silliness. Both of which I gravitate more towards in my everyday life.
This day marks a historical moment. I am letting go of one medium and grasping for another.
Thank you for your encouragement through all this, thank you for your feedback, and thank you for following this story as it unfolds.
I’ve had many things come and go in this story.
Many friends earned and lost faster than you can imagine.
But God’s still near.
His presence hasn’t left me.
He guides me into this next season, and if I didn’t believe that His hand was in this I wouldn’t be doing it in the first place.

If not, I bid you adieu, and I’m thankful for the time we had with each other. I wish you well, and I hope God is by your side as you navigate this wonderful life.
Sincerely Your Fellow Adventurer on a Mission,
-Mitchell
